I have been trying this for awhile and it seems to be working well I started out with 73/4inches now im 83/4 I have added a inch to the length and not sure what the gurth is all guys watch the video and do exactly what I do 20 to 50 strokes every day for a month and then remeasure and I bet that you will be so happy with the results
