Yikes!! Of course it hurts, it's made of cold, hard metal & plastic!!
*1 Try something that's more like an actual cock -- something with a rounded end, and a bit softer/squeezier, and slightly flexible. Even fruit/veg like banana, zucchini (courgettes, for those of you who speak Brit), etc.
